Omega Training Group, Inc. possesses a broad range of experience developing new and refining existing training. Omega training developers perform evaluations and mission, job, and task analyses (collective/individual), and compile focused learning objectives for programs including Land Warrior, Future Combat Systems (FCS), the XM29 (Objective Individual Combat Weapon or OICW), Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (SBCT), Engagement Skills Trainer 2000 (EST 2000), and Distance Learning XXI. Omega currently trains marksmanship for numerous weapons systems at Ft. Its primary focus is applying science and technology to protect and enhance the survival of warfighters on the battlefield.  OptiMetrics, has an experienced and knowledgeable team of scientists, engineers, programmers, and technicians that perform the following services: analysis of real-world military system and sensor performance; management assistance of defense technology acquisition and development; breadboarding advanced sensing technologies; developing computer models and simulations of military systems; planning, coordination, and management of laboratory and field test programs; and creation of software applications for command and control system integration.

QuickSilver

QuickSilver was established in 1994 as an analytical lab, specializing in defense-related environmental analyses of chemical warfare materiel (CWM). QuickSilver is also a light manufacturing company for evidence quality, CBRE sample collection kits, tools, and equipment. It offers training programs and safety services related to CWM, and has a mobile laboratory that is certified for the conduct of dilute chemical warfare analyses. QuickSilver has supported many environmental remediation efforts involving CWM at sites including Edwards Air Force Base, Johnston Island, and Japan.

QuickSilver is now the industry leader in the niche area of manufacturing evidence-quality Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive (CBRE) sample collection kits, tools, and equipment. It supplies all of the National Guard Civil Support Teams, the Technical Escort Battalions, and most of the premier federal organizations with a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) mission. QuickSilver’s sampling kits are a part of the Guardian Installation Protection Program currently being fielded throughout the U.S.
