William D. Eglin - Chief Financial Officer

William D. Eglin

Operationally and results-oriented, William D. Eglin has more than a decade of financial management experience at fast-growing high science and high technology organizations. He is the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of publicly traded MD Technologies where, as part of the management team, he successfully grew the company's revenues more than 1,000 percent in three years.

Mr. Eglin was Division Controller at PHNS, Inc., a healthcare information outsourcing company, where he managed a $15 million annual hospital outsourcing contract. He held a similar position at Edgen Corporation and directed the company's general accounting processes. Mr. Eglin began his career at accounting firm KPMG.

At IEM, Mr. Eglin oversees accounting and other corporate-level business systems as well as leads the development and implementation of new and innovative business processes.

He holds a bachelor degree in accounting from LSU and memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.
